In Åtvidaberg, Sweden during the 1950s, twin brothers Everth and Gerhard Svensson were tired of costly repairs and downtime due to pivot pins coming loose. So, one day, they improvised with a rusty nail to fix the problem, and that’s how the Expander saga began. To this day, Åtvidaberg remains a central location for manufacturing these groundbreaking products. The facilities underwent a major upgrade in 2021 and have recently been equipped with a Technical Center.
