This position will be based at Busan and reports to General Manager and is a part of the team with members at Busan office in Korea, with the ambition to support, challenge and develop each other on a daily basis.
The role as Junior Sales Engineer - Korea
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing key accounts
• Provide basic technical guidance and recommend suitable product solutions (e.g., bolt securing applications, basic torque requirements) to key customers, OEMs, and end-users
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across targeted industrial sectors
• Collaborate closely with internal team members in Korea
• Prepare and submit price quotations in compliance with company pricing and margin guidelines
• Conduct product presentations and technical demos for potential and existing customers
• Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to sales action plans
• Maintain transparent and timely reporting to the General Manager / Direct Manager
Requirements
Background:
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience from working in a channel partner sales role
• Preferably has worked in a fastener industry environment
Trades:
• Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written
• Good communicator and presenter
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
• Knowledge of working with CRM systems; Microsoft D365 experience is of advantage
Personality:
• Pleasant personality, good with internal and external customers
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated with passion for the field of work
• Natural sales hunter
