This position will be based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reports to Senior Sales Manager - SEA & Taiwan and is a part of Impossibly Fast team with members both at KL office in Malaysia and others across the SEA, with the ambition to support, challenge and develop each other on a daily basis.
The role as Sales Manager – Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei
• Executing the company’s strategy for Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, to achieve the given sales
and order intake targets.
• To build, grow, and sustain the company’s footprint in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
• Follow up on every sales opportunity and ensure they are updated in the company CRM system.
• Generate and issue quotation using Dynamics 365 to customers, resellers, distributors.
• Provides timely feedback and planning to management regarding sales activities,
distributor/reseller performance, and monthly sales forecast.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales activities and technical issues for the region inside the
company’s online system.
• Controls Expenses to meet budget guidelines and ensures Company’s Profitability.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Work together with Marketing, Technical and Business Development team to fulfill and support all
the customer’s requirement.
• Building strong sales relationships with customers, resellers, and distributors.
• Identify areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Provide regular reports, report progress during regular meetings.
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any
complaint.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other team members of
the company.
Requirements
Education/ Training:
• Minimal bachelor’s degrees in business admin. or engineering.
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience from working in a channel partner sales role
• Preferably has worked in a fastener industry environment
• Mandarin speaker will be a plus
Trades:
• Good communication skill in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written
• Good communicator and presenter
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
• Knowledge of working with CRM systems; Microsoft D365 experience is of advantage
Personality:
• Pleasant personality, good with internal and external customers
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated with passion for the field of work
• Natural sales hunter
