As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful marketing strategies for the Business Unit- TenEx, supporting our Tensioning brand. This is your opportunity to for create and manage engaging content across multiple channels to strengthen brand presence and support marketing initiatives. This role focuses on social media management, internal communications, web content creation, and execution of various marketing tasks, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
This role that will be based at our Clinton, PA facility near the PIT Airport. Relocation is not being offered for this position.
Your profile consists of the following areas of experience, knowledge, and responsibility:
Social Media Management
Own and manage corporate brand social accounts
Develop content plans per channel
Create posts (copy and images using Canva templates)
Publish content, monitor engagement, respond to comments
Analyze performance and optimize growth
Apply SEO best practices to social content
Internal Communications
Create and maintain content plans for intranet
Produce and publish internal posts to support organizational updates
Web Content
Develop and update product page content in collaboration with Digital Specialists
Ensure content aligns with SEO requirements and brand standards
Marketing Collateral & Localization
Translate and localize marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, sales materials)
Update existing content and presentations
Create banners, giveaways, gadgets, and tradeshow digital assets
Prepare materials for production sites and sample labels
Manage resizing and translating online ads, ABM ads, and print ads
Upload images and assets to Media Valet
Video & Multimedia
Create short videos for social media using Canva or DaVinci Resolve
Edit snippets from existing video material for promotional use
This list is not all inclusive and may include other duties as assigned and necessary for the operation and management of the business.
Requirements & Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, with a minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in B2B or industrial marketing
Strong copywriting and editing skills with SEO knowledge
Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve)
Experience managing social media platforms and analyzing performance metrics
Ability to create and adapt content for web, internal communications, and marketing collateral
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across channels
