Do you have a strong background and passion for customer service excellence and are looking for a new job opportunity? Then you might be the person we are looking for! We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to support the US and will report to our Customer Service Manager.
In this role as Customer Service, you will support the sales & customer service team's efforts by entering customer orders; reviewing and validating quotations; reviewing and validating customer purchase orders; providing customer support to inside and outside sales team, handling and supporting foreign markets, support of some key strategic accounts.
Your profile consists of the following areas of experience, knowledge, and responsibility:
Reviews customer purchase order (PO) for accuracy and translates PO’s into order entry to be confirmed back to customers.
Works with inside and outside sales team to validate a request for quotes (RFQ). Works with Engineering team to review customer drawings and applications.
Works with Inside and Outside Sales team to determine standard or special pricing.
Aid foreign markets via sales, customer service support, pricing, quotations, and more.
Support for strategic client accounts including paperwork, documentation, portal/ERP management, quote support, and high level of communication.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements & Desired Characteristics
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year in a customer service position and/or sales preferably in an industrial products-based industry.
Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, as well as sound judgement, professionalism, confidentiality, phone & email etiquette, and good decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate and develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent time management skills, communicate effective and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including email and extensive telephone correspondence.
Must be able to effectively organize and prioritize a high volume of work.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus.
