Regional Marketing Manager - Americas

As a Regional Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful marketing strategies for the Tensioning Business Unit (BU). This is your opportunity to plan and execute localized campaigns, focus on key target markets, and align marketing activities with global objectives to generate leads, increase engagement/awareness, and positively impact business growth.
In this role, you’ll work closely with BU leadership, regional sales teams, and Group Marketing, ensuring smooth collaboration and local relevance. You’ll leverage Asana, our project management platform, to manage multiple campaigns and projects, all while contributing to the success of renowned technologies like Superbolt and Boltight.
This role that will be based at our Clinton, PA facility near the PIT Airport. Relocation is not being offered for this position.
Your profile consists of the following areas of experience, knowledge, and responsibility:
Regional Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a regional marketing team covering North and South America
Set clear goals, manage workload distribution, and ensure strong collaboration across
countries
Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement
Align team activities with BU strategy, sales priorities, and Group Marketing direction
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution
Execute localized marketing plans that support regional commercial goals
Prioritize markets and campaigns based on revenue potential, sales input, and BU
strategy
Ensure marketing activities across the Americas are aligned, consistent, and regionally
relevant
Campaign Development & Localization
Plan and run regional campaigns across key industries and applications
Localize global campaigns, messaging, and creative assets for the Americas market
Ensure campaign execution meets brand guidelines and performance expectations
Product Launch Support
Partner with BU and product management teams to coordinate regional product and
solution launches
Adapt launch materials to local market needs and drive adoption with sales teams
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
Working with Digital Marketing team, create and optimize digital campaigns (SEO/SEM,
paid media, email, social) to drive qualified leads
Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist to implement nurture workflows and
segmentation
Improve regional digital presence and monitor performance across all channels
Event & Trade Show Management
Own regional exhibition and event execution: planning, logistics, budgeting, and post-event follow-up
Collaborate with sales to select meaningful events that deliver measurable ROI
Nurture trade show leads into a marketing and sales funnel to measure and increase
impact
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
Provide regional sales teams with localized collateral, presentations, case studies, and
tools
Ensure strong communication loops with sales to gather insights and optimize marketing
activities
Support regional distributor partners with approved marketing assets and guidance
Market Insight & Competitive Awareness
Track regional industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Identify opportunities for targeted campaigns, partnerships, and regional growth
initiatives
Project & Workflow Management
Use Asana to manage projects, timelines, briefs, and cross-functional coordination
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, assets, and events across all countries in the region
Performance Measurement & Reporting
• Track KPIs, campaign results, lead flow, and ROI across the Americas
Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and inform BU strategy
• Ensure leadership visibility into regional marketing impact

Requirements & Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of five (5) years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within an industrial, technical, or international setting.
MBA or other relevant master’s degree preferred
Strong communication skills: Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing)
Experience managing trade shows and regional events
Strong project management skills, preferably with experience using Asana
Creative mindset and attention to detail; familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is an advantage
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally across cultures and time zones
Analytical approach to measuring campaign effectiveness and leveraging insights for continuous improvement
Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% as needed.
