What You’ll Do
This role combines strategic/analytical work with practical execution, giving you the chance to deliver real impact:
Turn data into clear insights, recommendations, and decision material / business cases
Support and eventually lead parts of improvement initiatives (operations, sales, finance, purchasing, data transparency, digitalization/AI, engineering & footprint)
Present findings to stakeholders and help move work from decision to action
Capture and share best practices across sites and teams, incl. external best practice
How you'll grow
Over ~1.5–2 years, you’ll rotate with short-term international placements at our sites, with your base location at the Nord-Lock HQ in Göteborg. We want to build breadth, experience, and a strong internal network, including:
Operational excellence and purchasing
Site-based improvement work (productivity & continuous improvement / KPIs)
Commercial excellence and go-to-market
Business development and data analytics
You’ll also gain regular exposure to senior stakeholders and see firsthand how key business decisions are made.
Requirements
MSc or PhD in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar related fields
Structured, self-driven, and comfortable taking early responsibility
Comfortable working with data and digital tools
Clear communicator in English (Swedish is a plus)
High integrity and professional handling of business information
Driving license is required — execution means being on the mov
