Do you have a strong background and passion for sales excellence and providing solutions for our customers. Then you might be the person we are looking for to take on the role as our Regional Sales Manager for the Western Canada region reporting to our Global BD Manager in our Business Unit TenEx.
In the role as our Regional Sales Manager, you will support our Business Unit TenEx (Superbolt and Boltight product lines) in the Western Canada Region. You will be responsible for the planning input and implementation of the sales and marketing programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets.
This is a remotely based role that will report to our Edmonton, CAN facility.
As the Regional Sales Manager on our team, you will:
- Maintain and increase sales revenue within designated territory through various channels.
- Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders from new and existing customers.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key customers and active distribution within the given territory.
- Understand and interpret technical requirements; provide technical information and/or presentations; develop key accounts in a particular industry targeted by the company for growth.
- Develops new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport with buyers, engineers, maintenance and safety personal; providing technical information and explanations; coordinating the preparation of quotations as required.
- Formulate a business plan for chosen territory to include customer needs, expectations, market share, competition, etc.
- Accurate territory forecasting
- Introduce new products to customers and distribution with specific focus.
- Develop and grow relationships with new and current key accounts.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of tensioning products.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role or a minimum of 10 years of equivalent experience in sales in a particular targeted industry.
- Experience and success working in remote teams.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%.
- Proficient with MS operating systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proficiency with CRM and other sales management tools.
- Goal orientated, able to manage sales goals, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify prospective customers, build relationships, and close deals.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
