The Role as Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales process through efficient order management, customer communication, and administrative coordination. You will also collaborate with colleagues across different countries and business units to facilitate seamless sales operations. Your key responsibilities include:
• Handling order processing in Jeeves and D365, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and credit notes
• Processing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting with pricing calculations in collaboration
• Verifying transactions with the web shop
• Communicating with customers regarding order status, deliveries, documentation, and payment reminders
• Providing essential customer documents (3.1 certificates, proof of delivery, and special requests)
• Maintaining accurate records, files, and CRM & ERP data management (customer & pricing data)
• Supporting Sales Managers with administrative tasks, reporting, and analyses (sales reports, balance sheets, etc.)
• Cooperating with colleagues across different countries and business units (Switzerland, France, Sweden) on support or specific requests
• Calculating, creating, and updating price lists.
• Handling intercompany stock orders
• Accounting & Month-End Support
• Assisting external accounting with month-end closing tasks
Your Profile
You have experience in sales support, order management, or business administration and understand how to optimize sales processes with efficiency and accuracy.
You are highly organized, analytical, and skilled at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with colleagues and customers across different regions.
Requirements
• Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or a related field
• Work experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar administrative role
• Knowledge of CRM & ERP systems (Jeeves, D365) is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for pricing, reporting, and financial processes
• Ability to collaborate across departments and regions
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
