Video/Multimedia Specialist
Join our in-house creative team to shape video content for our global B2B brands. Hands-on editing, visual storytelling and real impact in a growing and international company.
About the Role
The Nord-Lock Group is in an expansion journey, recently relocating the headquarters to Gothenburg. Now we're building a small, highly skilled in-house creative and brand team to support and evolve our global B2B organization — and we’re looking for a hands-on Video/Multimedia Specialist to join us. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality video content and providing visual support across our communications.
The main part of your time will be focused on video editing and publishing repurposing our vast video library. This means having a creative approach to reinvent messaging and communications. A smaller extent of your time will be mastering some on-site or customer location video shoots for our global sites (including scripting and creating engaging stories, which requires a good sense of storytelling). The remaining time includes work with social media visuals, headlines, and creative asset management. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Business Units to bring ideas to life in a consistent, engaging way but you are self-going enough to be able to drive your own agenda when needed. You are also responsible for our video productions supporting Group initiatives such as HR, sustainability etc.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead our visual language in video to keep our brand modern and engaging and manage and enhance our audio design toolbox. You will be the expert within moving images and the go to person for internal requestors.

- Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, music, and ensure visual consistency with our brand

Filming/location shoots (~10%)

- Lead video collaborations with external agencies and partners when needed
Creative & Content Support (~30%)
- Create simple visuals for SoMe using templates or tools like Canva
- Write basic headlines and captions for posts (in collaboration with our communication specialist)
- Support publishing content across platforms (e.g. social media, intranet, newsletters)
- Prepare and adapt visual assets in collaboration with the design and content teams
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in advanced video editing and multimedia content creation
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, or similar tools, as well as voice over/audio tools and handling language versions
- Comfortable working independently on briefs, or project lead, and delivering polished content
- Able to manage several tasks at once and prioritize deadlines
- A collaborative team player with an eye for visual storytelling and consistency
- Experience working in B2B, global or internal comms is a plus
- Experience from Agency side is a plus
Why Join Us?
This is a chance to be part of a small, senior in-house team with a clear purpose: to elevate and support our brand and marketing efforts across the globe.
