This position will be based at KL, Malaysia and reports to Country Finance Manager - SEA & Taiwan and is a part of Impossibly Fast team with members both at KL office in Malaysia and others across the SEA, with the ambition to support, challenge and develop each other on a daily basis.
The role as Accountant - SEA & Taiwan & Australia
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliation.
- Collaborate with bank for submission of bank declarations on incoming funds.
- Data entry in the ERP system (E.g.: Staff claims, supplier invoices, vendor and customer payments, etc.)
- E-invoice self-declaration for claims/supplier invoice/customer invoices
- Assist in Monthly Reporting, Audit and Tax yearly submission
- Assist to fill in customer and vendor application forms.
- Assist with office administrative duties, including managing the mailbox and documents handling.
- Undertake ad-hoc activities as required
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external parties across different cultures.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
