Senior Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 & Integrations

At Nord-Lock Group, part of the Latour investment group, we are on an ambitious journey to modernize and expand our business-critical systems. As our new Senior Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 and Integrations, you will play a central role in designing and developing the architecture of our ERP environment and its ecosystem – including Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Power Platform, eCommerce and EDI solutions.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that our business systems support the organization’s goals in performance, scalability, and security.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and governance of our Dynamics 365 F&O and CE solutions, including upgrades, integrations, and long-term architecture

• Define and evolve the system and integration architecture, ensuring alignment across business processes, data flows, and cloud infrastructure

• Own the interface and integration strategy, including internal systems and external EDI connections

• Act as the key technical advisor for solution design and implementation, supporting business needs and future system development

• Maintain and develop architectural documentation and system environment models

• Collaborate with hosting providers and vendors to ensure system availability, performance and compliance with information security standards

• Evaluate new technologies, perform alternatives analysis and contribute to tool/vendor selection processes

What you bring

We’re looking for a technically skilled and strategically minded architect who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving challenges that span multiple systems and domains.

You bring:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent

• 7–10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years working specifically with ERP solution design and delivery – especially in Dynamics 365 F&O and CE

• In-depth knowledge of ERP ecosystems, cloud architecture and systems integration – including experience with Power Platform, EDI, Azure, and eCommerce

• Experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Lean, ITIL, PM3)

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technical requirements in cloud-hosted ERP environments

• Proven experience in solution evaluation, documentation and modelling

• Fluent English – written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus
