What you bring
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining deep business understanding with a hands-on approach to ERP systems – someone who is as comfortable supporting users as leading change.
You bring:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science (with Business IS focus)
- 5–10 years of experience in business systems, ERP or supply chain-related roles
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain, logistics and/or manufacturing processes

- Good understanding of supporting methodologies (e.g. PM3, Lean, ITIL, Prince2)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
Who you are
- A solution-driven team player with a strong interest in process and business improvements
- Comfortable supporting users directly while also coordinating larger change initiatives
- Analytical, structured, and pragmatic – focused on getting things done
- Skilled in communication and documentation – able to talk to both business and technical audiences
- Eager to coach others, lead workshops, and contribute to continuous learning in the team
- Able to manage multiple assignments under pressure, without losing the bigger picture
