About the role

As our new IT Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for services related to Workplace, Network, and Cloud Infrastructure. This includes endpoint and mobile device management, network and storage, M365 and Azure environments, IT security, and user experience.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across IT, as well as internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure the quality, reliability, and development of our global IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Workplace, Network & Cloud technology stack – including client devices, telephony, collaboration tools, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, storage, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Meraki, and client security.
• Configure, implement, and support systems and infrastructure within your area.
• Drive improvements and develop roadmaps for services under your responsibility.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations and major incidents, ensuring communication and resolution.
• Collaborate with other IT colleagues to align processes, documentation, standards, and support models.
• Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to define solutions and manage service levels.
• Support service governance including incident, request, change and problem management.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance and security measures are implemented and maintained.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone with strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in delivering reliable, secure and user-friendly IT services in a global context.

You bring:

• 7–10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Workplace, Network or Infrastructure services.
• Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as:
  Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual WAN, Exchange Online, Intune, Active Directory, Cisco Meraki, VPN/firewall management, SQL, client hardware, Windows OS, and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and structured IT operations.
• Fluent English – written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a user-focused mindset.
