This position will be homebased in Bangkok, Thailand and reports to General Manager - SEA & Taiwan and is a part of Impossibly Fast team with members both at KL office in Malaysia and others across the SEA, with the ambition to support, challenge and develop each other on a daily basis.”
The role as a Senior Sales Engineer - Thailand
• Executing the company’s strategy for The Kingdom of Thailand, to achieve the given cost margin, sales and order intake targets.
• To build, grow, and sustain the company’s footprint in The Kingdom of Thailand.
• Follow up on every sales opportunity and ensure they are updated in the company CRM system.
• Generate and issue quotation using Dynamics 365 to customers, resellers, distributors.
• Provides timely feedback and planning to management regarding sales activities, distributor/reseller performance, and monthly sales forecast.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales activities and technical issues for the region inside the company’s online system.
• Controls Expenses to meet budget guidelines and ensures Company’s Profitability
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Work together with Marketing, Technical, Business Development and Sales teams to provide information on what the customer’s requirement.
• Building strong sales relationships with customers, resellers, distributors
• Identify areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs.
Requirements
• Speak English and Thai fluently
• With knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage (but not mandatory)
• Experience in channel partners management, as well as relevant industry background on one or few of these industries (construction, rail, cement, Oil & Gas, F&B, Manufacturing such as cars, tyres) are preferred.
• Independent, willing to travel the entire Thailand, and work alone to grow the local market in the beginning.
